Most of you are probably familiar with Accidents in North American Mountaineering, the AAC publication that documents and analyzes climbing accidents. Since many incidents get posted and discussed here, we encourage you all to help us document them. We get a lot of reports from parks and SAR teams, but we always prefer first-person reports that offer valuable lessons. This is one of the best ways climbers can help educate other climbers.
