Situation has come about where I will be in Los Angeles April 25-30.. and free to go to Joshua Tree National Park for the first time outdoors for a day or 2 or 3. I am looking for a climbing partner that could show me the ropes and would be willing climb with me (I climb sport lead to about 5.10), of course I can belay beyond that :-) or boulder to v2-3. I have transportation and the gas covered... you be the safe partner, and you bring the rope and/or crashpad. Me... 51 yr old married guy trying to stay young for my 5.1 yr old daughter.
