I cannot open my email

Everytime I try to open my email I am redirected to the "My Stuff" page. I have tried all the things on "Help". I need to get access to my email. my user name is jackle and my email address is jackle@rockclimbing.com.

Hey dude, I believe there were a bunch of messages sent out recently informing everyone that the email service was being removed and to backup your emails and sort out a redirect. That's probably where the issue is coming from.

Hopefully they have some kind of access still and can get the email you need, but I wouldn't expect so.
