I have the Metolius Simulator and it's workin well for me. A little on the pricey side though at 75 bucks.

Definately the simulator. I have that one and it is great. You can find it for about $70 onlie (including shipoping) Well worth the investment.

I love my metolius Rock Rings, "It not exactly a hang board but I like it better than any hang board I've tried!!!

can the rock rings be used for an effective pinch grip?
anyone know of a hangboard with a really good pinch grip?
does cheapholds make hangboards???

Not a lot of options from what i have seen on the nexgen. As for a pinch grip, there are a couple places on the simulator that can sufice. But the boards are mainly made to work your open hand grip stregth which in turn increases your crimp/pinch power. The problem that can happen if you constanly use pinches or crimps is a) you get pumped a lot quicker and b) you can run into lots of tendon problems. So I still say grab the simulator. The rock rings are nice because of the ease of mounting. The simulator took 13 screws in total. Take about a pain in the rear.

FUSE. They are awesome. got ledges pockets jugs everything. And it comes at a reasonable 50 bucks.
