Hahahaha ... seriously. If you own Uncommon Ground and live in Eastern Massachusetts, PM me. You can come over and climb on my very steep bouldering wall in exchange for letting me watch Uncommon Ground.
Nobody I know owns it, and I wanna see it without buying it. Pretty good deal, I think.
