i want to do an ABS comp in ~one month. whats the best way to get ready for it?

Since ABS comps. tend to have a lot of routes from you to select from, and you only have one month, focus on working on your strengths, and don't worry about improving your weaknesses. Just compete using those types of problems that you know you are good at and avoid the problems you have difficulty with. Save training your weaknesses until after the comp.
