Looking for any female climbers, who can't do pull-ups, to test out a 4 week pull-up training schedule.

Involves aprox 3 sessions per week, for 4 weeks.

I've got a few girls who are going to start the program around the second or third week of december, and I'd like all of the 'test subjects' to start at the same time to compare results/effectiveness.

If you are interested then please contact me through pm or email and I'll get you more info.

At the very least you should be able to do at least one more pull-up than you could before you started the program

I could really use some girls in the 25 to 30 yr old range to do this, I'm trying to test results across different age ranges.

Beer, sorry dude, you'd probably get bored with the program pretty fast, it's meant to be a slow progression from no pull-ups to 3-5 consecutive pull-ups after a months time.

although I'm sure the program will be adaptable to older guys lacking that strength advantage typically found in younger males.
bah, we'll see what happens after my test subjects complete it

Are you going to post your program anywhere? I'd like to check it out. I'm a newbie climber and my pullups are not as good as I'd like them to be.

Tell you what Tim, if you can find me and ask me then I'll give you the program

My mom and girlfriend will be doing it and probably at Gravity. I'll also be at the Scott Milton slideshow tomorrow (saturday Dec1)
