I'm visiting a friend out in Deleware for about a week. I'll be leaving for there for a few days. My question: Is there any place out there to climb? I'll be staying in Wilmington. Any rock climbing, or alpine, or anything? Anything anyone knows would be great!

I'm sorry, but the alpine climbing in delaware maxes out at roughly 480 ft. (YES, this is in feet not kilifeet or some other form of measurement) if you want to know the location it is ebright road in northern new castle county. (no there is No alpine climbing here in Delaware, Sorry) there is bouldering though, as for climbing you will have to travel to Pennsylvania for anything significant

I know of quite a bit of bouldering in Delaware. Again, if you want anything better take the 1.5 hour drive up to Haycock Mtn in PA. When were you planning on being around? I can show you some cool stuff. I leave tomorrow for a week and a half so I hope it's not then... <=glen=>

I just moved to Delaware and I'm interested in climbing, I started in Tennessee before I moved. Is there anything here?
