Iam really happy with the way iam climbing but ive reached a plateau in my strenght which will hold be back from climbing those 5.14 routes that i wanna climb . do you guys have any techniques or methods to help me get stonger.
i thought that to get stronger in climbing you have to climb, so do i just try and climb above my ability and jut pesist untill i get the strengh needed or start doing pull ups and so forth?
