...well? also, im not sure what a doorjamb is now, im confused but anyway.. the gym has rungs and 2 hang boards, and an incline tendon worker thing but you have to be 18, which im not, so which do you think will work better the rungs/campus board or the hangboards. also, i do my pullups after i climb, you think its better to do them before or after(same with workout)? You could always just climb. That is good. Or are you talking about gym as in weights and stuff?

Or if you want to really zone in on something do a climb using only your arms or only your legs.

Just climb and work on your technique, Your strength will come along with climbing. Climb a variety of routes: Over-hung, vertical, roofs, cracks, or anything else. Then you will be a more well rounded climber. Challenge yourself!

climb or do pull ups, do 3 and 2 finger pull ups that works great

I do finger hangs on a hangboard. I also bought a dynaflex and powerball. It helps finger strength and wrist strength!!!
