Does anybody know the adress, phone number, or any info on the five-ten outlet store in Riverside on the way to Joshua tree? I want to get some shoes and heard about this store. Also, do they carry regular sizes, or just kind of the random sizes that they cant sell at full price?

In reply to: Also, do they carry regular sizes, or just kind of the random sizes that they cant sell at full price? Mostly they carry seconds, usually in a wide variety of sizes and models, though there is no guarantee that they'll have exactly what you want in your size when you visit. They also sell a limited number of demos at very low prices. You can also buy new first-quality shoes at full retail prices at the store. -Jay, Friday Store Regular

I wear 13's and they seldom have anything that big, but the last time I was there, they had several in my size and they were definitaly NOT seconds. I compaired them to my first pair I got at a regular store, and the full price shoes were sloppier made. Pricing used to be like 1/2 off, but now its more like 1/3 ($100 mocc's for $60, $138 huecos for $80)

Mmm, the outlet store! I am a vicarious regular. I love that place. For a shoe hound like me, it's like getting a lap dance! except it's, um, a climbing shoe store :P Sizes and models can be random, esp. in the demo bins, but you'll likely find lots of good deals. Demos are $35/pair and sometimes show little wear at all. The outlet store. It's a beautiful thing 8)
