Hi Gary, my name is Marie, and I just arrived in Penang a few months ago from the US. I'm a beginning climber, and still awaiting the arrival of gear (October) but was wondering if you were interested in some climbing? I work at USM and would be very interested in finding the outdoor wall. I hope to hear back, Marie

Dear All, Hi, my name is Kit and just came back from overseas. I am interested in rock climbing but totally no experience on it. I wonder if I can meet someone who can offer some information on the sports. I stay in Butterworth but I work near Crystal Point, near Bayan Lepas.

Hi All, Am going to Penang, Malaysia in Sept 05, will be staying at Batu Feringgi. Would like some info on rock climbing over there and then going to Thailand. Any tips will be appreciated. Am carrying only my harness and shoes, is it possible to hire some equipment, on the other hand is it cheap to buy equipment? Dom
