chill man... i am coming back to VT and would be down for doing somthing up. to my knowledge there is still not a much of a guide for bolton... correct me if i am wrong.

Might want to check with the locals on this one... don't think most people want this to have a full-on guide.
Upper cliff is on private property, and if it got more crowded, access could become a problem. Local residents recently put up a no trespassing sign behind their property, which was traditionally used as an access route.
Further, there are about three parking spots up there.
Could be that no one responded for 4 years for a reason...
