We need a little more info for this. Have you ever done a competition? or are you a total bumbly when it comes to comps?

How hard are you climbing?

How long have you been climbing?

What's your hardest onsite?

With that info we should be able to get a little more precise info for you.

Look at this thread for comp training information.

The thing I can say is, get ready for the good and the bad routes. Be prepared to pull down hard, and unless you're wicked strong, be prepared to fall on your ass a lot. The setters for these comps try to make you cry.
