Since I only started climbing last summer and I'm not 18 anymore, I'm aware that my body doesn't recuperate as quickly as it did when I was younger. So, in order to try and prevent as many injuries as possible(from overuse)....like tendonitis, I'm searching for some info on preventing these types of problems. I'm sure there is others out there who would also like to do as much as possible to prevent an injury, so I was searching on the web for articles about this and so far have found some good ones, here it is: http://www.calpoly.edu/~epeabody/CLIMBinjury.html http://www.webcrag.com/climbing_injuries1.html http://www.timeoutdoors.com/climb/injuries/4CLMAMF01090404E.htm http://www.climbing.com.au/science/injuries.pdf If you have any other such articals/medical journals, please post them. Remember, I'm NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL! Go see your doctor if it's serious, this here is only to try and PREVENT injuries! Ciao! [ This Message was edited by: phasenoise on 2002-01-22 03:24 ]
