What do you use to rap off of. I came across what appeared to be a rap station today that had only one bolt. I didn't feel safe rapping of off one bolt. So what the real question is. What do you rap off of when tere isn't a bolted rap station. I ended up having to rap off a single bolt for lack of any other place. Needless to say i flew down as fast as i could.

When I do multi pitch climbs where the only option is raping, I bring my bolting kit, if you use a hand drill, it will easily fit into a small fanny pack.

If you can find out someting about the area or the route you'll be climbing, such as whether or not it has rap stations and/or trad placements to set for rap anchors, I guess that's a start.
Otherwise, hopefully you'll find trad placements and will have the right gear to set (and leave behind), or you'll find natural features that you might feel secure enough to sling for rap anchors (I had a friend who's father died because this kind of feature was not strong enough; don't be reluctant to leave trad gear behind from a solid safe rap anchor.)
As you already know, one bolt is not adequate for a rap station. If bolting is permitted, maybe you could take along that hand drill kit that was suggested. And, preplan an alternate way to get down (exit hike, etc.) if possible.

the best thing to do is bring your momma, simpley tie some purrsik knots around her boobs and equlize them. After that, put her onto a ledge and rap down (dont worry, here weight is so much you'll never pull her down), then when cleening her out, tell her to jump off, dont worry, her fat will soften her fall.
