Anyone know why climbers under 18 are not allowed? A guy at Portland Rock Gym told me that. Is it True?

I talked to the guy who owns the property. It is not governemtn owned its just a guy that owns the propety and built his house and is building a restraunt on it so im sure its for insurance and liability purposes. Just covering his assets. But if one person sues him I am sure nobody will ever be allowed to climb there again so DO NOT SUE HIM!

Actually, thats not a rule if I read the waver right, it is just that you cant take anyone with you who is under the age of 18, who is either not your Child, or had not signed the waver themselves. If you are under 18, you might need a parent to sign off your release.
