How many of you have had your slipper resoled? If so, do you think it's a good idea or should I just get new one? Thanks.

I'd say that depends on how bad the wear is, if the rand is worn you might be able to get the whole thing redone (which will probably cost you the same as a new pair)
If the leather or fabric is busted I wouldn't bother with it. I think it's best you just took it to a resoler and asked her/him if it's worth it or ask them for a price quote and weigh the odds yourself

The best resoler I have ever seen is:

Fly'n Brian Resoles

He does a great job, so look him up, Cheers.

I had a pair of 5.10 Mocasyms resoled several times with very good results. Both times the shoe and the rand were in very good condition. The sole was just thin and starting to peel away from the edges.

I figured that spending the 20 bucks for a new half sole was easier than the pain and suffering required to break in a new pair.

If the shoe is in a very bad condition or you compete then buy a new pair.

If you climb for fun then just resole it.
