Hey everyone I just started climbing for 8 months already but i havent been able to find a suitable excercise for my fingers. And my flexablitiy is awful. Can u all give some tips on how to improve on these problems i have

hey man,
the best thing to get for exercising your fingers, is climbing. but,for home, the best thing is a hangboard.
"All around upper body strength gains, especially contact (finger) strength."
