Alright, here's how it goes, It's really simple so just do it: For every half hour you sit on your butt in front of the computer, do 100 sit-ups, 50 pushups, and 50 dips... do this in as many sets of reps as you need... IE, 5 sets of ten pushups. It's almost spring break (swimsuit season ), having more defined abs and a larger chest couldn't hurt any, and you're just sitting there already. Just go for it, what do you have to lose.. other than that gut, (to the guys) and your saggy man-boobs

Wow! I spend hours in front of my computer writing papers programming, and surfing the web. If I did that for every half an hour I sat in fround of the computer I would be doing an average total of 1600 sit-ups, 800 push-ups, and 800 dips per day!!! That work-out is extreeme! I hope it works for you tony!

Yo TJ You are one fitness crazy dude! and I am totally inspired by your energy .. ha ha. You got me all knackered just reading your work-out routine. Ok I'll go for the situps thats an easy one. The press-ups do both chest and triceps so I'll give the dips a miss and throw in some door pulls to get the ol' finger strength going instead. Followed by a JD and a fag.... Hey you got any suggestions to get wobbly butts into shape: STIG [ This Message was edited by: stigonrock on 2002-02-10 11:19 ]

What an idea? I will do it but I am going to add a 2 mile run three times a week to get rid of the rolls. I am going to be doing alot of work this spring but it is good for me

My stomach hurts so bad I can't laugh after starting your workout TJ. Oh to be 16 again-beer does terrible things to your abs.

I started doing your suggested workout. My mom caught me and sternly told me that if I kept doing that too much I would go blind. I have decided that my sight is important so now I'm just going to go back to looking at porn and playing with my rope and nuts.

You shouldn't play with your rope it will start to fray and you'll have to buy a new one. Pull ups work the best for me. And they don't make you go blind. No matter what your mom says.
