Are the ticks still falling from the sky?

We were out there in June and were covered in ticks at the end of the day. The ticks were dropping from the trees on to us and our dog.

Headed out on Thursday for climbing Saturday - Monday and need to figure out how much tick and flea shampoo to pack.

thanks!
Deb

It may depend on where you are going. We climbed there all this summer and I only got a couple of ticks. But we played around mostly on the North 40.

If you headed over to the Cliffs of Insanity during the summer and had to walk through the 6-ft tall grass then I imagine that you would have been covered in them.

Anyways, I was last there 1.5 weeks ago and we climbed both on the North 40 as well as on the Cliffs and as far as I know none of us found any ticks on us.

Have fun,

Bryan
