Is access to horsetooth open yet over the dam? If so, is it pretty crowded?

Hi,
Horsetooth via car is not open. There is one access point (I forget the road name as I no longer live in Fort Fun) just North of the stadium. You can park there and follow the trail to the reservoir. It's about a 15-20 min hike. Only a few people bouldering when I was there 3 weeks ago.

The road just opened up, so all you people who hate walking can park merely 30 seconds from the climbing...but be prepared for a zoo of climbers
