I'm in the early planning stages of spring break. I was hoping to get some first hand info on the weather and crowds at HP40 and Rocktown during Mid-March. Is the climbing good during this time of year? How about solitude at these areas, especially when camping at HP40.

I went that time last year, it was beautiful weather and only about 5 groups of people were their, it was a great great trip, you should do it. HP40 is amazing slopers.

I went to HP for my spring break last year and it was AWESOME. A few other groups that were fun to hang out with, certainly not crowded at all. I'll probably go again this year since I can't get enough of HP. I think there were only 1 or 2 groups camping, plenty of space.
