I usually winc at "uh-ohs" and "oh shit" but for my last climb I think the phrase that took the cake for what you don't want to hear would be...
"Have you seen my friend I came here with? He said he was going to go free-solo a route and I haven't seen him in a while..."

65 feet up last protection 30 feet up

This was just something I saw at the gym, but it was pretty funny...
A guy tied into rope and proceeded to climb. When he was about 25 ft up, his belayer goes "Oh shit! I'm using the wrong rope!!!"
The climber frantically grabs on and looks down (like this-> :shock: ) just to see his belayer on the right rope and laughing his head off.
