My concern is with technique?...strength, no problem, i use my fingerboard and do my pullups.

Is there away to keep your technique in shape?

Basically i work a few things.
1. Finger strength - whether it be a stress ball or a guitar finger strengthener i try to do what i can. Also fingerboards.

2. Feet/calves strength- I goto gyms and work out my calves so i can have some more strength to push up.

3. Quads - Goto gym also to push up off of the rock.

4. Agility - stretching every day so you can get better and better for adjusting your body to different positions

5. Biceps/ tricep - just your average pull up, push up ect to help me get stronger
