Well, I don't know. $180 for a used one, plus shipping, or $199.95 for a new one, including shipping. http://www.gearexpress.biz/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=G&Product_Code=0070

Gotta agree. Honestly, I'd almost certainly give you $75. I know, you'd be losing a lot on the deal, but the peace of mind of new climbing gear is worth a lot to me. Way more than a 10-20 dollar discount. You might just wanna keep it if you don't want to come down a lot.

Yikes - I had no idea you could get them for $200. Shows how smart I am buying straight from Wren. I'll probably keep the thing. $75 is too much of a loss for something I bought new and never used. Thanks for the info! I'll shop around better next time I buy.

In reply to: I'll probably keep the thing. $75 is too much of a loss for something I bought new and never used. What you've spent in the past isn't the point; it makes more sense to base your decision on the present. If you may use it, keeping it may be a good choice. If you wont, why not sell it for market value? Market value is worth more to you than a device you will never use.
