ok guys, i have FINALLY got some stuff to make a slackline. I found two huge trees at a local park, got 60 ft of 1 in webbing, some slings, 10 ft in lenghth untied, and spare biners. My question is this. There are many trees, and i could make a slackline that is 60 ft long, but seeing as i have never done this before, is it the easiest way. What is the length that you learned to slackline on?

There are lots of resources scattered about on slackline tips and tricks. I'd also recommend starting off on say a 20-25ft span, maybe even shorter. The general consensus is that a moderately tight line is easiest to learn on, and then you can go looser from there.

Some of the tips are good, others are so, so - but since others had found them helpful I decided to leave them in there. I really need to update some of those dorky looking photos though.
