I'm thinking of transfering to CU-Boulder for the summer to get lot's of climbing but I don't know what are the possibilities. How easy is it to find partners? Is a car needed? Thanks for any info.

Hey, I live in Denver and have an older brother who goes to CU, and I'm thinking of going there next year. Since I don't actually go there myself, I don't know about how easy it is to find a partner, but I'm sure it can't possibly be too difficult (lots of young people climb). I would say that you (or your partner) would definitely need a car, because there are no buses or anything that go to the crags, and most of them would take a very long time to get to on foot or on bike. The flatirons, however, can be accessed without a car fairly easily, and they have many good routes. I hope that was a least somewhat helpful. Taylor
