I have been trying to get some of my pictures on rc.com's photos page. I need to put it in the Medium catagory, I guess. I have downsized the picture over and over but it's only 987k. The only way I know to make it 80 is downsize it, but if I do that its going to be 190 by 142 pixels. Way to small. What do I do? help or Im I getting this all wrong?

Lower the quality of the Jpeg to 5-6 instead of 10.

Maculated is all over it. Zactly. JPG is a somewhat generic term for image quality; you need to "compress" the images into a smaller .JPG format.

If your software is lacking, send me the images at PH5432001@YAHOO.COM, and I will PhotoShop doctor them, and send them back. Only send about 750k worth of images at a time, though. Better to send one image per email attachment.

Here are two pics I did for the Distinguished and Honorable Dr. Piton:

scan big, say at a resolution of 250, then compress at 50% and reduce file size to 800x600. I've produced good big images with decent zoom quality that are about 75K
