There is a topo of it in the falcon guide book Rock climinbg Arizona. I think I remember seing a picture of Caldwell climbing it in one of the climbing mags but I don't know what issue or mag. That is all I have to say at this time!

Good pictures are in Climbing #'s 168, 183, 195. In the deadpoint interview listed above, the upper picture of J.C. is either Necessary Evil or Route of all Evil, and the bottom one is definitely the Route of all Evil.
