Check out my Climbing & Mountaineering training website http://www.bodyresults.com/index.asp It has over 200 pages of content on strength and conditioning. Let me know what you think.

Your website is pretty cool! It has a lot of good information on training. The only thing I didn't like was the web coding is so advanced, my older Navigator browser wouldn't work. I had to use a newer MS IExplorer browser (ARGGGGHHH!!!!! Gates wins! Gates wins!) With the newer browser, the site worked perfectly for me. I'm a couch potato chip (too thin to be a potato...), and training to me means figuring out how to A1 the latest Hard Line, but your information seems pretty good. I like it. It focuses on training and strength and endurance, which is good for almost all sports (not golf, c.f.), so it should prove valuable not just to crazy people who carry their courage up Big Walls in their rucksack 8-), but also those who are true sportspersons, and also enjoy biking, skiing, etc. Nice job.
