What kind of food supplements can you recommend? I mean I'm taking Pharmathon and my climbing partner uses Ripped Fuel, but I'm still thinking that must be a specific product for climbers. Do you know some product or brand of products?

I eat rocks. This is the most specific supplement I could think of as a climber. Ummm good, minerals. Well, OK, I don't take supplements, I'm actually a nutritional loser. Maybe I need to.... But if I had to chose one, I'd probably take glucosamine and chondroitin, which isn't going to really affect your strength or muscles at all, but could potentially help your joints and maybe your tendons. I often use Ripped Fuel as well. although I have just reciently found out that it isn't all that good for you. I don't know if that will stop me from taking it, because it works really well. If you want some more info on suppliments you can go to: www.powerhouse-supplements.com/twinlab.html this website gives good infomormation on a lot of the products out there.

If your just looking for somethine to give you more energy for bouldering or lifting, use Cretin (sp. I used it for a wile. If you use it like suggested it works good, but the minuate you slack off it don't work at all.
