Folks, we need your bodies. No, not that way. But we need your help manning the rc.com booth at PBB. It's really easy: you sit there with other rc.commers, talk to people from all over the place about how cool rc.com is, give away some stickers, sell some tshirts, then go back to your "regular" life. It's just a few hours of your time, and we can use all the help we can get. PM me if you're interested and/or if you want more details. Thanks! k.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If we get many volunteers, all we would need would be a few hours of your time. Right now, alorama offered a few hours I can work 1 or 2 We need many more volunteers.... Anyone?

Which days and what hours need to be covered? I'd imagine Friday afternoon/night and all day Saturday, correct? But how early and how late on Saturday? I'll be there and will hang out at the booth for a while, but I don't want to get stuck there. I should be arriving around 9:00am Saturday.

I can cover some of Friday evening, but I imagine that all day/evening Saturday will need to be covered. Most people are not in the campground during the comp. If we do not get enough volunteers, then I suggest closing the booth during the day on Saturday. So.....maybe 3pm-11pm the booth will be open? Also, I noticed that there was just a small poster board used at the RRR. There are actual booth set ups at these things and most have a somewhat large banner of sorts. I don't suppose we have one of these? I can run down to Kinko's and check on the cost of one. It would be good to have for future promotional gigs. Kate~ Would the powers that be, be willing to spend the cash for one?

I just sent Kate some quotes. If we're going to do tabling we should have one. What is the point of spending $$ on a table if we don't maximize our exposure?

Oh, I know girl. Just wondering what we are supposed to put up at the booth besides a few 11x17 posters.

Ah, come on you hosers!! Don't stick me there by myself on Saturday!!! I promise, I'll shower AND brush my tooth. With as many members as this site has in the Phoenix area, there's gotta be a few more who can help pitch in. Anyone? Beuhler? Beuhler?

Alorama has offered a couple of hours for Friday/Saturday. Thanks, Alan! I have another couple of possible people; I'm just waiting to hear back from them to make sure they can make it. Come on, folks, the more, the merrier! It was a ball to sit the booth at RRR, and I'm sure it will be the same at PBB! k.
