Ola,

Check out the Front Range climbing thread, as there are a bazillion Denver metro climbers looking for partners.

I live 45 minutes from the west entrance of RMNP and have a Golden Eagle pass, so I'm all over RMNP like a bad rash this summer. Interested in alpine especially, follow trad 7s/8s. The more mileage, the better.

that thread is huge!, i did look but not too extensively........thanks!

Have fun this summer. I worked out there for several years at Trail Ridge Store and the Holiday Inn. Can't wait to get back out there. Could be next week, could be 5 years, depends on this school crap I want to do.
If you want to meet some of the locals just hang out at Ed's Cantina downtown. That's where the local climbing scene hangs out after hours.
Where you working this summer? Also if you want a little place to go for some quite after hours bouldering check out the boulders across the street from Nicky's restaurant on Fall River Road. Not quite as popular as Lumpy Ridge, and for good reason, but has alot of quality boulder problems and it's not as crowded.

Here's what they say:

I am a 5.10ish Trad Climber always looking for more partners, especially midweek. My wife likes to see me on weekends so I like to go during the week. I would love to do the Diamond this summer. Let me know if you have weekdays free.

I'm looking for midweek partners from May to July for alpine stuff in and around the Front Range as well. Looking to tick off some of the more popular stuff in RMNP during the week to avoid the weekend rush.

Hi, my name is Ray. I'm looking for some climbing partners to join me and my girlfriend. We climb a LOT and would love to someone to join us. I have been climbing for 6 yrs. I am 28 yrs old, live in Granby, and work as a paramedic. I work 24 hr shifts only 10 days a month, so I have a TON of time to climb. I don't boulder or sport climb, but love trad and long alpine routes. We just got back from Red Rocks and did Ginger Cracks and Crimson Chrysalis. We are climbing Lone Eagle next sunday. Other trips are 19th and 20th we are climbing Cathedral Spires in RMNP and the following weekend we are going to the Tetons to climb the North Face of the Grand Teton. Anyway, we are both really laid back and complete dorks! That could be good or bad....you decide, hehe. Anyway, let me know if you are interested. My email is Hellinger75@hotmail.com. Hope to hear from ya. Later
Ray
