I recently read a very interesting book called "The Inner Game of Tennis" by Gallwey. One of the author's main points is that in every "game" there is an internal/ intuitive/psychological aspect which is critical to becoming a master. I don't play tennis, but I play chess competitively. I also boulder. I found this book to be only somewhat applicable to my chess game, but extremely insightful and *helpful* when it came to my bouldering technique. If you've read the book, what do you think of what Gallwey has to say? Do you find it applicable to *your* climbing, and if so, how? Anybody know of an "Inner Game of Climbing" composition?
