I spent easter weekend with some friends climbing at sugarloaf mnt. We had a great time. It was the first time any of us had everbeen there and we all plan to return. We may even make it an annual trip. There are plenty of top rope climbs and the walks are all fairly easy. It is a nice place to climb a couple weeks before spring gets to nw pa. I've been to carderock and great falls and think the climbing is as nice but the crowds were missing. I could hardly believe we were fifty miles from dc on a beautiful holiday weekend and saw few other climbers. The beta from Indys climbing page was helpful as was horst' new guide. Its only top roping but it's a great place.

TR only? nope, I've found alot of bouldering up there lately. I'm finding more all the time too! I found a nice little rocky area on the Mtn. yesterday. Has much potential for some bouldering and TR. I've also led a few climbs all over the Mtn. I'm glad you enjoyed it here. Come back and try some of the newly developed areas! If you need and suggestions I'de be happy to help! -Sean
