I'm going to try the smiling thing. I'm going to try smiling after I f*ck up too. It's a hair off the path of pure focus, but I can dump so much energy into worry that perhaps it will help me swing back to the present moment. Sometimes it's good to remind myself that it's supposed to be fun, and then flow happens more easily.
