I've spent several days scrambling & bouldering in this area since moving here four months ago. The rock reminds me a bit of Colorado's South Platte and is quite hard, especially on fresh faces. There are lots (hundreds) of boulder problems & plenty of trad or sport routes that could be developed. Relatively easy access from a gravel road, but 4 wheel drive is recommended once you leave Lucky Boy Pass Road. Otherwise, park & hike in a mile or so to the first crag. Bring plenty of water!

If you are thinking of exploring this area, don't waste your time.

It's pretty and all, but it has little potential for good climbing.
