I often find myself thinking "No particular place to go" on certain blank climbs.

The worst song currently stuck in my head... the Oompa Loompa song off of Willy Wonka. But I would have to say ever... Tom Petty's Free Falling is pretty far up there.Don't get me wrong good song, not to climbing to.

In reply to: --freefaling by tom petty Before I even opened up this thread, that was the song I thought of. "Let the bodies hit the floor" would be another one. How about "London bridges falling down..." On the other hand, check out some St. Germain. I love to listen to some of their stuff while climbing.

The worst song I've had in my head while climbing is "Rocket Man" by Elton John... Dunno why it was in my head, but it was in there all day!

I tend to find myself singing that theme song from Shrek on lead - especially that "not the sharpest tool in the shed" part. I once found myself humming a Sarah Brightman song until I realized it was "Time to say Goodbye"

Unchained melody.... Don't ask how, it was a long ghost story but it made for a shitty day of singing along in my head.

The Violent Femmes, Out the Window. The pavement knocked her head cold round When she hit the solid concrete ground From 40 stories up she fell 40 stories down When she fell out the window. Life is short and life is sweet, she was thinking as she hit the street. Or the chorus, "Catch me if I'm falling, catch me if I fall." The violent femmes, Country Death Song "She was screaming as she fell, but I never heard her hit" Today I had the Rock Superstar song by Cyprus Hill in my head.
