Does anyone have any beta or current route information on the mordor wall on cathedral ledge? I heard on neclimbs.com that the heads and bolts may be missing on pitch two.

There has been a lot bolt chopping at Cathedral in the past few yars. I'm not strong/skilled enough to climb at Mordor so I don't have any first hand experience to rely on for that wall.
That being said, I've seen more than a few bolt scars on other routes. I think that local climbers could give you more info though.
