Hey y'all the fam & I are heading east soon at a leisurely pace and are looking for crags with safe approaches and wide belay floors, where a two-year-old that minds well might amuse himself while the wife and I belay each other (yes, he climbs too but gets bored watching) any suggestions? shady areas especially welcome! thanks leinosaur

Sandrock. Easy approachs, lots of unamed TR problems, not crowded on weekdays, not crowded on weekdays, actually after a visit last fall the only time I'd go back is on a weekday. It's a little bit of a party pit. There is also Curahee (sp?) State Park but never been. Anybody out there who has?
