does anyone know how to get to the saddle boulders? i've heard three wildly varying versions from three different people. thanks.

if you go past the snowshead boulders into the tunnel you'll find them on the right after nearly 5 miles of low speed tunnel driving. after you exit the tunnel for the 4th or 5th time you'll see the new railroad tracks down and to your left. start looking for and old fire road on the right (there maybe more that one) and park so others can get by. the boulders are up hill, about 40 to 60 feet right of the fire road. good luck.
