Who's all planning on going down to the Red for Thanksgiving? I'm not sure (if I will, or if I can). I'd like to go, but I could probably only go up Fri., climb Sat. and Sun., and come back on Mon.

Kris, I'm sure I could tell you this in person but what the hell, you should skip some classes, your schedule isn't that harsh this year, and come down for a couple of extra days. Trust me, you'll learn much more.

i am going (not in stone yet, but 90% for sure) Aug 26th to Sept 4th, then i am going to be working Monday to Thursday (untill i save $3000, probably at least untill Halloween), and i am planning on going to the red every weekend, except the first two after i get home from my week trip (i'm going to be at Lion's Head SENDING those weekends). This is all assuming my doctor says i can start climbing again this thursday. i driven to Miguels in 8 hours from my house. it's exactly 1000km from my driveway to Miguels. That means an avg. speed of 120kph (but with stopping at the boarder and for gas once, or twice, this means probably cruising at 140kph the whole way).
i actually might leave on the 23rd or 24th, and come back on Sept 2nd so i don't miss an extra 2 days of work.

i want to try to get out to Motherload, but it depends on how strong I'm feeling. There's lot's of stuff at roadside I want to do as well.
