all those moves look so easy. indoor sucks compared to outdoor. I'll take a "Master of Stone" anyday compared to this. All the same, thanks for the link.

ok, so I just watched the whole movie. There's definately a different climbing style in indoor bouldering v.s. outdoors. In my opinion, indoors consists of alot more powerful moves vs. outdoors balance and finesse. I've climbed both, and I like both. I've done problems that are hard for me both inside and out. As far as the movie goes, some of the stuff looked hard. Especially the 3rd and 4th problems on the mens finals. The 2 huge slopers right after another on the 3rd, and the crimp to the overhanging loaf on the 4th. Did you see the results list to see who was in the comps? Sharma, Jeffrey, Danastasio, Bosley... These guys are all really good climbers, and if they were having a fair bit of difficulty on some of the problems, I'm sure they aren't just a walk in the park. The problems always look easier when you're sitting and watching somebody else climb them.

no, I know they aren't a walk in the park. Some of them were nuts. I was just putting it lightly. I don't ever rag indoor climbing though, because with living in Saskatchewan, indoors is where I do 90% of my climbing.
