Per the Access Fund, Cat Slab is closed. The new owner intends to build a home there and has expressed that he does not want any climbing there. Expressed to who? I don't know. The area is still not marked with no trespassing signs and it appears that the owner has not yet made a big deal of climbers being there. So the Access Fund says it's closed but there are no signs and it doesn't sound like the owner is enforcing this rumor either. It's all still very unclear until the owner posts something. I'm surprised he/she hasn't, given the popularity of the area. Oh well. Climb at your own risk I guess.
