hi
i've been teaching my girlfriend to climb (so far just gym) and pretty soon i want to take her out to the gunks. what are some suggestions for super easy routes (less than 5.4, the easier the better) that i could take her toproping on?
thanks for any ideas!

If you are looking for toproping only I would suggest you go to Peterskill. It is a 5 minute drive from the Trapps and you can pick up a guide for it at Rock and Snow in New Paltz. If you lead I would suggest you take her up Betty in the Trapps. Its a 5.3 with almost no exposure and a big belay ledge. If 1 pitch is all she wants to do you can lower her and rapppel off. If she feels comfortable after the first pitch it is just a short second pitch to the top and the Uberfall walkoff is nearby.
