 Some people trust the best to the muscles...big mistake my friend!!! i got more routes made it with my head than my biceps; thatīs the reason that i posted this spot...to share opinions about this topic. Mental levitator letīs get ready!!!!

You will find posts about this topic all over the forum.

What it comes down to is essentially a balance of the three things. Mental training, physical, and technical training.

If you have more strength, you dont need as much technique. If your technique is perfect, you won't need as much strenght. the mental aspect fits somewhere in there. But in the end this is what it is all about.
