Place to Crash Near Point Dume?  (North_America: United_States: California: Los_Angeles_County: Point_Dume)

A friend and I are making an overnight trip up to the LA area to climb at point dume and malibu creek. We were thinking of heading up on friday night to avoid LA traffic. Is there a free place to crash the night before near point dume or near malibu creek? I dont want to pay for a compground really unless its less than $5 for one night. Any ideas?
