A rock climbing article was ran in today Toronto star. Take a read for interest sake and hey anyone have any thoughts on the whole tone of the article.

I thought the exact same thing. I think the Toronto Star is just jumping on the extreme band wagon with this one. Really it doesn't seem like they spent a whole lot of time writing this thing.

Yeah it does sound like an advertisement for rockheads, they should have checked around other climbing gyms and really surveyed the scene, maybe talked to more than one person and stuff. But that's just me and what I would have done.

lol... yeah, a nice advertisement for rockheads. i imagine it'll get busier there now... oh well.

interesting to see that an old friend of mine, jason, was quoted in that article. i guess he's started climbing... that's cool....

I don't think that rockheads deserve that kind of press coverage either. We should track down the person who wrote that article and tie them to a stake and burn them.

You got to give Rockhead's one thing they sure know how to market themselves. Anytime I tell someone new that I climb they almost always ask me "do you climb at Joe Rockhead's in Toronto"? So this article will drum up even more business for them.
