I spent several hours at this gym that was made out of what it looks to be an old movie theater. The walls were painted plywood so there wasn't much smearing to do. Overall the routes had a pretty decent rating scheme to them. The staff was very knowledgable and made sure that everyone was following the rules. There was a bouldering section upstairs, but I didn't find my way up there. I saw a lot of construction in progress, so I will probably go back in a couple of months to see what the outcome will be like.
